How Our Executive Functioning Coaching Works
This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters, with clarity and confidence.
We help you figure out the how, so you can stay connected to your why.
After meeting with your coach, we’ll determine your individualized pacing plan (once a week for 30-45 minutes, every 2 weeks, or once a month). Participants will be given an executive functioning assessment to track growth and determine areas of support.
This service is offered as a 4-hour retainer.
